A free trial is not provided. If you are not satisfied with the acceleration performance, you may request a no-reason refund from customer service within 3 calendar days after payment.
We measure the connectivity from your nearest access point to the global network and calculate the monthly availability based on sampling results taken every 2 seconds. If we fail to deliver the service quality promised by the SLA in any given month, you may request a waiver of the service fee for the following month.
